Gentle, grounding sound frequencies are offered to support relaxation, nervous system down-shifting, and a sense of calm for both mother and baby. This is a quiet, welcoming space to soften, breathe, and be held by sound.By focusing on infants who are not yet crawling or walking, we ensure a serene, stationary environment where you can both settle into the stillness without distraction.This session takes place on the third floor of a walk-up. If you need freight elevator access, please arrive between 12:40 and 12:50 pm and we will take one trip up together. Due to limited space, please bring a carrier vs a stroller.Remember to bring a blanket to put your baby down on.
